I am beyond frustrated with the way I was treated today. I ordered a cookie with two scoops of vanilla ice cream. Immediately after ordering, I noticed other flavors and politely asked to switch. I was told I “can’t do that because of inventory” and that it had to stay exactly as originally ordered — despite the fact that it’s the same product, same quantity, and same price. That explanation is completely unreasonable. There is no operational justification for refusing a simple flavor change seconds after placing an order. Wanted a cookie cake for my birthday. My dear husband said “oh we need to try this place in Muncie!” Great! Website looked great, and I imagined an array of cookie cakes we could grab and go. Nope. $32 for a cookie cake - takes 25 minutes to bake AND they don’t even decorate it. No happy birthday icing - nada. Well they did give me a sticker. I’ll just grab a $20 one at Walmart next year that they’ll at least decorate. Was it still yummy? Yes, but overall disappointed with this cookie store experience.

This location is pretty good, the parking is a little weird as it’s in the back by Jimmy John’s. I haven’t had an issue with anything and of course it’s by a college campus so they’re open late, major plus for me. Their cookies are standard I’ve gotten some here in Muncie and I’ve gotten some in broad ripple and they’re very comparable. Pro tip: download the app for the rewards program & screenshot the reward barcode scanner (it’s much easier when it comes time to scan).

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I placed Order #2093402271 as a Christmas gift, and although it was marked as delivered, the recipient never received it. The delivery was made to an office location, and I clearly included a note requesting that the recipient be contacted in advance, as the office is not always open. Unfortunately, the delivery still occurred when the office was closed, and the order appears to have been taken by someone else. What’s most frustrating is the lack of customer service.
