Called The Empty Cup when I was a local resident years ago, this cafe has maintained it's small town feel with it's big city taste! I had a frozen blended drink on my visit that put all others to shame. The service was top-shelf and I was more impressed that despite a line of at least 6-deep, with people ordering food AND drinks, there was only one guy on duty.
