If you live in Salt Lake, you already know the Greek burger vibe Astro, Apollo, Crown… and now Olympus Burger was my latest stop. Honestly, they’re all part of that same local tradition, and I love it every single time. There’s just something about a charbroiled beef patty stacked with hot pastrami, fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, and that signature sauce that hits differently. It’s messy in the best way. Food was decent. However, this business like several others, is charging a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. I will not be bringing my business here because of this. Card processors haven’t started to all of sudden assess extra processing costs; this is just a quick way for the business to raise their profits by trying to blame the credit card companies.
