Super frustrating that this Taco Bell is the only local one to Murray you can order online for. This will be my last visit to this location. Each time I have ordered food here, none of the items I order are full of anything. 90% bitefuls of tortilla. I had a first bad experience a few months ago and Taco Bell asked to correct it. I waited a month or two to return to this location to hopefully correct this, and the portion sizes are even worse than my initial visit. Extremely disappointed in this location for the second and last time. Prices are high, and they still skimp. What a joke.

Why say you’re one at 7am it’s been 7:15am get ur stuff together no way you have other people in the drive thru atleast speak in the headset to let people know how long the wait is , paid for extra beef got shorted also

There was almost no chicken in my chicken Quesadilla, and a hair was in my sour cream. They also only gave 1/2 a Quesadilla. If i pay for a full quesadilla it is supposed to come with 2 tortillas, this is not honest. I’m never coming to this location again

What service?? We had to put our own order in #grrrr My grand daughters love to go there before their dance class they like the $7 box however these new B's up charges for chips and cheese is not cool #grrrrr they changed to a cheaper chip years ago which made me stop ordering the nachos now they want more for them #grrrr I think NOT!!they got the cinnamon twist instead. Which sucked they were all hard and yucky they both threw them away . With these up charges I think we'll stop at other places for the lunch before dance we won't be stopping here as often
