We had such a great experience at Applebee’s tonight! There was unfortunately a glitch with the app and our order ended up being incorrect, which was definitely disappointing at first. But the management team and employees handled everything so kindly and professionally. Everyone was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding while fixing the issue. Had a great experience at Applebee’s! Anna, the manager, was great and really made sure everything was running smoothly. Our waitress Kinna was amazing too.
