We came through and ordered four meals. We ordered two 5 piece chicken strips, each one only had four, We ordered two tater tots and we only received one. The only thing we realized was missing before we left were the sauces, and the person who came out, proceeded to tell us that the manager told them to tell us that they were probably in the bottom of the bag, which they weren’t, and I held up the bag and showed them. I ordered some food. It was wrong. I contacted support. They apologized and the manager from this location (Janet) contacted me personally to apologize and offered me a replacement free of charge. So nice, until I went to claim said replacement. Janet met me at the window, accused me a lying to get free items. Proceeded to berate me in front of anyone and everyone in ear shot. Demanded proof of wrong order and just was a complete psycho. When I contacted support again regarding her deranged actions, they apologized and said they would contact me with a resolution. Had to wait till 12 for my sister to get off work and came here to use the restroom because it's the closest one. IF YOU ARE OPEN 24-7 UNLOCK BOTH BATHROOMS!! Horrible customer service. The French toast sticks were soggy I asked for them to be remade instead of four that I paid for they gave me two. I went back and they didn’t replace them they were very rude as well and laughed about it. I also asked for mozzarella sticks twice and they never made them. Horrible place I won’t be going back I want to give this place a zero.
