The food was good. Exactly the standard McDonalds you'd expect. The service was very good. I arrived at a busy time went inside as the line in drove thru was long do to volume. When I went inside I was greeted and my order taken very quickly and my food delivered very quickly. Compared to other McDonald's I have been to recently this location exceled at both speed and freindliness. The food was good and the store was clean and tidy extra kudos to the entire staff being very busy and clearly rocking it. They weren't rattled or stressed. Normally for fast food I am hard pressed to award

Its ok here. Had nice air-conditioning, the air was clean, the tables and floors were clean, the bathrooms were clean, and believe it or not, I actually was able to get icecream here. This is the first McDonald's in over a year that was able to serve icecream in the afternoon. Theu get overwhelmed when its busy and you'll have to remind them about your food, but other than that I would come here again. Its located at a very busy intersection so be careful,and parking isnt the best here either.

My order canceled three different times when I showed up to the store to ask them why my order was canceled not only did I not get an answer but I’m trying to ask questions. The manager decides to walk away leave for about 2 to 3 minutes and then come back with a phone number for me to call when I called the number they’re not even open absolute worst service I’ve ever had go anywhere but the Neenah McDonalds

15 minutes as a door dasher and had to remind you twice I was there to pick up the one order that was flashing. All grouped up and huddled slacking off
