Customer services at this location is horrible. Especially trying to do returns in the morning here. They make it the most difficult to return anything. Btw do not attempt to return anything delivered through Pick N Save app. They will give you the hardest time for returning items. And they WON'T REFUNDED you the delivery fee. Because apparently the workers have no idea that Pick N Save does delivery in their app. It must just be the older workers in this location. They're always the rudest and attitude tone when asking for help with any customer services. I wish I got the names but unfortunat

It’s quite a shame because I have been a Kroger customer my whole life and after the experience had today I would love nothing more than to see this store shut down. The defamation of character and utter disregard for my well being or safety was quite evident when Corey decided to contact the NPD because a couple of associates said they saw me stealing. Prior to my detainment, never once was I approached in a respectful manner and asked if the warm bubbler that was drank in their parking lot was brought in with it was just straight to calling the police.
