Dude with the long black hair and glasses is the literal worst (think he may be an asst mgr or something?). My house is very close by and I come often for an Oreo McFlurry, especially after dialysis, crave them on dialysis days for some reason. That dude is almost always there. Every single time I order one and he’s there, he gives me a speck of Oreo. Went to this location on a night that I don't normally go, but went in tonight around 645 to get a snack wrap meal and chicken nugget meal. Upon going in-store, I saw that one of the two Kiosks was down, so I used the kiosk closest to the door. Upon placing my order there was a connection issue to the pin pad so I went up to the counter to pay. Waiting for a moment, I had a manager come up and asked me if I needed anything. Currently here while I'm writing this. Getting a quick bite with my kids inside the restaurant before we go to a movie. Every table in here is filthy. I had to get napkins and water from the drink dispenser area and wipe my table down myself since I couldn't get the attention of an employee after a few minutes waiting at the counter. Floor is dirty and sticky also.

I went in for a quick bite and used the kiosk to order. It was mid-afternoon so almost no one else inside. After more than 10 minutes I had to ask if they had my order. 15 minutes later I had my not-so-fast food. At this location they seem to prioritize drive-thru and pickup. Disappointing because the food quality is good but I likely would not stop there again even though it's the closest.
