I was here today around 6:05pm &&& left very disappointed with my service today at this location today. I ordered two beverages: a large iced Dunkalatte latte with 3 caramel swirls and a raspberry limeade refresher. From the moment I walked in, the employee seemed irritated that customers were entering the store or unprepared to assist me. She was not listening to me while I was placing my order, I had to repeat myself multiple times just to explain the drink I wanted. Unfortunately, I still did not receive the correct beverage. I really enjoy coming to this location whenever I have sweet cravings or just want to enjoy a great signature latte.
