This store must be losing money, if it's crew was trained they would make alot more profit. Had 5 customers waiting to place an order with no one working the front counter. Three of us walked out, so that was about $36.00 they lost. The owner must remember he aint the only game in town.

This Burger King is the worst one in New Iberia. The managers are rude and disrespectful !! The employees make your burger any kind of way and then forget items that you order !! Get it together. I came back to let them know an item was missing out my bag and one of the females mumbled under her breath and thought I didn't hear her. She's lucky I don't know who was talking trash !! Do better.

Went in and ordered 2 Big Fish Sandwiches. We was asked to pull up to the door and they would walk out our food. I must admit we didn't check our food. Anxious to get home, we realized that we was given someone else's order. We paid 18$ to get 1 darn sandwich. Tried calling the store, no one answered and I tried calling multiple times after that and the phone was busy. Like they took the phone off the hook. It's sad to say, but working at fast food restaurants, it apparent they are not being taught anything. Customer service is poor and lacking any attention. No one there and you still can

We arrive at 9h50 supposed to close at 2am. The girl inside take our order like everything is ok. 5 minute later another girl comes and said : inside is supposed to be close and you should not be there. After she said : I am gonna look if I can still make your order. Result we waited 15min for a whopper with just ketchup and he look like he was smashed… when we were going in the car the girl were laughing at us in the window.
