Ewwww im bringing the end of the year with Culvers. Had to stop by for the deluxe butterburger basket to bring in my New Year Eve festivities. No lines - no wait today. Ample menu choice. Jam packed with flavors. Employee *Talley* put a lil razzle dazzle on my lunch with his extraordinary customer service with high energy and smiles, paired with menu recommendations. Talley suggested I try the the Salted Caramel and Cashew Concrete Mixer.... 10/10... it was a hit. I think, I like it here. Adding this location to my favorites. Disappointed with the service and quality of food. Spend $60 for subpar quality. Culvers used to be a go to.

Hands down the slowest service of any Culver's anywhere in the Midwest that I've visited. You frequently see two or three people absolutely busting their butts while 6 more stand around like they haven't a clue what to do or dont think it's their job. You can forget the drive through also, you'll be there an eternity. Food is still consistently good so that's why it got two stars instead of one. Hopefully owner sees this and makes some much needed changes.

Most disgustingly made food I’ve ever had. Completely cold, the burgers weren’t even put together, the cheese was hard… just downright disgusting. Do not go to Culver’s new Lenox. They were also rude over the speaker and took a significantly long time. You don’t deserve any stars but I have to give one to even write the review. You guys suck!
