We hadn't ordered, or ate at a Pizza Hut in like 20 years. Now, I see why. We decided to order from here because it was close by. HUGE mistake!!! We should've look at the reviews before we ordered from this Pizza Hut. The food is rock bottom gross, and the lip service I got from the manager after I complained was even worse. Ordered a pizza online. Was shown with delivery it would be half an hour. I called an hour later to get an update because it hadn't shown. I call four times to have the line ring until it hangs up. I choose a different option and get a help desk. The first agent was unhelpful asking if I went to the store first to track down the delivery order, and the manager up next called the store to find out they were closed due to technical difficulties and would not be making the pizza. Went to dine in. No service. She didn't even come to table to say you have to order at the counter. Just looked at me and went about her business. Ordered a large pizza. Came out fast and it was good. Asked for salt and cheese because none on the tables. She said you have to PAY for salt and cheese. Omg. Bye.

The bread sticks and cinnamon sticks were good. The pizza crust taste like bread NOT CRUST! The crush was falling apart of the bottom. Disappointed 😔 Delivery was fast!
