We had a great time, quite enjoyable! The food was decent, very well portioned. A young Anthony was our safari guide and he had great service! We walked in on a Friday night (first one) in November and had no wait at 5:30 pm. Soup of the day was probably my lowest food rating, but my entree was delicious! Burger was cooked to correct temperature and fries were good (not too salty and not soggy).

We had a fantastic experience and almost feel bad giving four stars instead of five! Our safari guide, Jeff, was incredibly hospitable and made the visit special. The food was delicious, served hot, and tasted very fresh. While the wait time was a bit long, it actually worked out well as it gave us plenty of time to enjoy the indoor atmosphere. The only disappointment was the lava cake; it was served cold when it was supposed to be warm. Aside from that, it was a wonderful meal!

The food is overpriced and flavorless. The service was not very good. We waited 40 minutes for our food. The waiter didn't even come to check on us until I call her. I'm Never Had such a Bad Chick chinese Chicken salad. It came from a free package bag with lettuce and shredded carrots. The chicken had no flavor and it was dry. If you're going to charge $25 for a salad make an effort to make it great. The trio platter was terrible the only good thing was the coconut shrimp. Pork ribs have no flavor. The Rainforest Cafe will always be my favorite restaurant and I love it every time I go. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit having forest trees and plants, fake animals throughout the restaurant, sounds of the jungle, and random lightning storms that flash through the restaurant. It’s such a fun and immersive experience that you can’t get elsewhere. You would think the food wouldn’t be the best considering how much detail is put into the atmosphere, but this is not the case!
