I love Chick-fil-A 😍 It’s the only fast food I actually spend money on. But tonight (01/16/2026) I had my first ever problem haha 😂 We ordered a couple of sandwiches, and one came… without chicken 😭 Just tomato and lettuce… that’s it 😩🍅🥬 How do you even mess that up?!

I recently picked up lunch for my family from the drive-thru, and as always, it was a great experience. My kids absolutely love this place! We ordered three chicken sandwiches, four waffle fries, a vanilla milkshake, chicken nuggets, and mac & cheese. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The drive-thru service was quick and smooth, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming — I really appreciated their positive attitude. Nothing is more infuriating than getting back to your house to eat dinner and realizing food is missing from your order. They were only going to “have one of their managers call us back next week” until we asked for them to at least offer a refund.
