I had been a fan eating at this location since 2018. Service was great throughout the years. I've ordered several food/drink items: -Tried all the soufflés (cheese, spinach/artichoke, and bacon/egg) -Flatbread pizza -Chipotle chicken sandwich -Hot tea -Coffee -Green Tea -Black Tea -Passion Papaya Green tea -Chocolate chip cookie -Fuji salad -Almond croissant -Broccoli cheddar Mac n cheese -Broccoli cheddar soup -Oatmeal raisin berry cookie All of them were delicious. The food and service quality is far below what it used to be. We ordered bagels, cream cheese and coffee. We were hoping for soufles, but at 9:30 on a Saturday morning they were "out" (for the second time in three weeks). The dark roast coffee container was empty, so we told one of the staff members. Minutes later she brought out a different dark roast container --- also empty. We previously noticed that the bagels have become smaller, presumably in a cost-saving move. This time we were given cream cheese spread, an apparent the-customer-won't-notice substitute for real cream cheese. It

My wife and I just ordered “Bacon” Turkey Bravo sandwiches from this location. Each sandwich contained zero bacon. Plenty of greens, but no bacon whatsoever. We have had Panera be chintzy with their bacon on sandwiches in the past. They just reached a new level of chintzy-ness.

I had such a wonderful experience here, I haven’t had such a good quality Sandwich in quite some time. Sandwiches over priced, soggy, or just not worth it.. Every bite of the Spicy Steak Asiago Bagel Stack was so so amazing!! The environment and their team were so nice. I’ll definitely be back and hope to see this bagel stack again!
