We couldn't understand anything the girl was saying in the drive thru. She mumbled everything. We kept asking, What did you say?? We finally just ordered and hoped it was right. We ordered a crave case. 30 sliders. Not one had a pickles on it. They also did not give us any marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!!

I went through the drive thru around 4 today and ordered my food- he said it was $31 and change. I added a root beer to my order and he told me to pull to the second window. A young woman opened the window and held her hand out, nothing spoken. I asked her how much it was, she said $38 as I handed her my card. How did it jump to $38? I asked her for a receipt, she said the machine wouldn’t print one- but she literally had it in her hand. She handed me 1 of my milkshakes, root beer and then my food. Terrible food, service, and not worth your time or money!!! I ordered the number 14 with a soda, and it says on the menu the cost is 7.29 but what they charged me was 9.25. When I asked the manager (Mike) why the cost was higher and he told me that it stated on the outside menu that there is an additional charge for soda and that it states that in small writing so it wasn't his fault if I couldn't read the menu. I told him I would go read the menu and I would be back. I read it from top to bottom and it does not state that anywhere on the menu and I told him I wanted my money back and he just
