My family and I stopped by Imperial Buffet on a Saturday evening after running errands, and it ended up being a great choice for dinner. Since everyone wanted something different, the variety of dishes made it easy for each of us to find something we enjoyed. The food trays were kept stocked throughout our visit, and everything we tried tasted fresh and well-prepared. The staff were quick to clear plates and were courteous whenever we needed assistance. We left full and satisfied, and it's definitely a place we'd consider visiting again for a casual family meal.

Great Asian/American buffet. Fantastic value. My favorite items are the beef brisket, whole fried catfish, coconut shrimp, and raw oysters and mussels. Fantastic fresh salad bar. You can also create your own entree at stir fry bar. Good variety of sushi. You can eat really well for $25. One of my favorite restaurants in the Bloomington/Normal area.

It is an amazing buffet, in that there is a variety, enough to satiate the pickiest eaters. The staff was friendly, their service is good too, they were quick to clean off old plates. The area is clean, there is always someone placing refills of food. The staff is engaging, if you need something, they will help.

Some of the food was overcooked and some was cold but for the most part if you get here early the food is hot and fresh. We were here at 2pm so that may of been the reason for food not being so fresh. Not bad may try again earlier in the day.
