Manager advised I had to come in the store for fresh potato’s on my cheesy fiesta potatoes. It’s 1:45 am. I asked them not to even worry about the item and the cashier removed it because they intended to give out the old potatoes that have been sitting in the heating cabinet 3+ hours. The taco.. and no cover.

Ordered a beef chalupa box and added beans and my chalupa didn’t even have the beef on it just beans and lettuce and everything else was just threw together yall need to stop hiring these lazy people to ride the clock and throw people food together that they paid money for I really want a refund and I and my people will not be getting food from this Taco Bell again *and then they don’t even have the right number on the website so you can’t even call to say anything about it* Yall need to tighten up

First, there's mold and grit in their fountain drinks. The gentleman admitted that it hadn't been cleaned and should have been. (See picture) Second, Dine-In ordering is by kiosk only. The kiosk touch screen doesn't work well by not recognizing touches, adds unwanted items, and to top it off, the staff didn't get the order correct. Should have went somewhere else. $13 for 3 tacos!!! What a rip off! Go to Monterey's Mexican 1 mile down the road and get fresh food and for less $$.

I place my order and when i receive my order as i’m walking out i realize i did not get my drink that I paid for. I go back in and kindly say i didn’t get my drink and she aggressively places it down and says with an attitude “here ya go”. The i look at my food and it does not look appealing, someone clearly half assed my food. I 100% want my money back and will not be going back here again.
