I’m disappointed with the service I received from an employee at Dunkin’ Donuts today. I usually visit around 10:30–10:45 AM, but this morning I went at 6:00 AM to get my coffee. When I got to my car, I noticed my coffee was lukewarm, so I went back inside to let the staff know. Instead of helping, the employee gave me attitude and tried to make it seem like the coffee was cold because of me—that I took too long to pick it up. First, I love that this place is open late. It’s especially helpful when driving later during the night to grab a quick coffee or better yet ice cream! We need to have more places that are a joint facility. Call me crazy but a cup of coffee with ice cream, though over indulgent, will always be a great combo for me. The staff is friendly the few times I’ve visited and I definitely will catch myself stopping by when I’m in the area.

This DD is highly recommended. The staff is super helpful to customers. I saw an employee assist a.man with a walker by bringing him his drink. The employees are very cordial. I come to have coffee or study and they never make me feel unwelcome. The employee also continue to maintain the facility throughout the day. Thanks guys!
