We were in Charleston and were looking for a place to eat lunch. We searched around and found Lola, a seafood restaurant, which had good reviews. We walked into the restaurant and saw it was pretty packed with people enjoying their lunch on a weekend. We checked in at the counter and got seated at our table. We got our menus and after checking them out, we ordered the Duck Fries, Fish Tacos, Jambalaya, and Tropical Storm. The Tropical Storm was a great drink to start our lunch. Sitting under tent with fans on a hot day was very nice. The tent is under a big Oak tree. The planters at back added a relaxing touch to the area. The food was Cajun style , very good. Server was fantastic. Will defintely return.

Absolutely excellent seafood. If you are a fan of crawfish, and I am, then you have to come try this place out. Make sure you sit out in the patio and enjoy the breeze and ask for Whitney for excellent service!

Sooooo good!! Friendly staff all around. Everyone working there had a smile on. It smelled so good when we walked in too. Started with seafood gumbo and shrimp and grits for entree. No joke, it was the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had!! Will def be back next time I’m back in Charleston!
