This Taco John's location was clean and well kept. The staff that greeted us was friendly and welcoming. The facility looked good. Our food was ready fast and was delicious. What a difference from the last few Taco Bells we've been to.

Tried to order through drive thru and it was AI. We tried to go in and the door is locked. The food is not worth dealing with a robot that doesn't understand half of what a human understands. Taco johns did this so they didnt have to pay people to man the drive thru. Less jobs and more mistakes. Awful choice. Never going here again

Bryan the store manager just got off the phone with....he refused to explain where the roach came from or refuse to replace my food. Already query with the health deparent and corporate......he said that it's old news about my loss and the food. I should have said something before leaving the restaurant.......believe me the food here sucks. And this out a very BAD taste in my mouth. NEVER again!!!!! This isent fair at all
