Came here kind of close to closing and had a big order and everything was made great and tasted wonderful. Kudos to the young man that was working here at 8pm Monday June 1st 2026, he was truly amazing. I do not remember what his name was but I came kind of close to closing and he did my whole big order alone with a smile on his face and was extremely friendly the entire time he made our order. This young man definitely made my visit here pleasant.

Every time I go to this specific Dunkin’ Donuts I get half a cup of coffee. I order a latte with an extra shot of espresso and end up with a half a cup of coffee after all the foam is settled. I don’t know why it’s only this Dunkin’ Donuts. I don’t know, but I don’t wanna drink foam I want to drink coffee, which is why I order an extra shot. I feel ripped off!!!!!!! I spend extra money to get coffee, not foam.

This is why AI and robotics will take over the food service industry in the next 5 years. I entered the dining room with 5 people waiting and who knows how many online orders. I ordered a simple black coffee. That's it. After 15 minutes I asked for the coffee. The girl was nasty about getting it. I told her it shoukd have been completed by the person taking orders. Always get an easy offer out the door. Meanwhile, the order taker was making complicated sandwiches while I'm waiting for a simple coffee. Not to mention that, a Regular came in. every employee stares in silence as you walk in. The young man with dark hair takes my order without saying a word and proceeds to get both of our orders wrong. He doesnt let you know when to pay, what the price is, or if id like my receipt. happens multiple times a week. the one female manager with gage earrings is the only person who seems to care about anything - she is great.
