Disappointed with the new Wendy’s Frosty and the service I went to Wendy’s after seeing the commercial for the new Frosty, really excited to try it. I went through the drive-thru, but the service was poor from the start. The employee who helped me didn’t greet me, didn’t smile, and seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all. I ordered the Frosty and some fries. When I asked for the total, she just said I’d get it at the window. When I got the Frosty, it looked like melted ice cream—nothing like what they advertised. The rating I gave with this is solely based on today, but Wendy's corporation needs to staff more people, especially during peak hours. 4 people is not enough to run a restaurant during busy times. I waited 25 minutes. For a meal that usually takes 5 or 10 minutes. It is not the employee's fault. They did their best. I blame the corporates that is running these fast food. Places. Trying to cut corners and save money is actually making customers angry.

Drive thru attendant was very communicative, management was very dismissive and rude. I was willing to pay extra for sauces (53¢) but felt pushed to move along.

What a horrible place we waited so long for thr food to them have multiple items missing bit thats not it. The big blk guy thay works there is a terrible horrible person with a huge nasty attitude. We was really nasty asked us to move tables because he wanted to mop the floors and later on said he was gonna drag a washer who literally waited almost 30 minutes for an order that was literally already sitting there. He wqs yelling,rolling eyes cussing in a lobby full of kids.
