I had some trouble with the app today 🙄. But then I talked to manager Eduardo, and he was so wonderful to assist, Definitely the best customer service I've experienced lately. Israel is also a cool dude, Plus, I grabbed the best fish sandwich in town 🐟 for lunch. Nothing beats a perfect fish sandwich and fries! Manager Cesar came out to greet me and I mentioned that his team is top nothch and I'd be back again. #customerservice #goodfood #lunch

This is the longest I've ever waited for food at a McDonald's. Incredibly poor experience and probably the last straw for me in Southern California. It was certainly busy, but over 30 mins for breakfast is crazy. Do better or close the store down

I always eat at this McDonald’s, it never disappoints.. But just now I got a spicy mcchicken and the chicken wasn’t in my sandwich… Very sad…

Visited through the drive thru today. I redeemed an offer from the app. When I received my order I was missing 1 med fries. I requested no ice in my drink and it had ice. I ordered a total of 10 items and they placed in the same bag. The bag ripped because of the weight it carried. They never asked if I wanted any ketchup. Not worth the money or presentation.
