Customer service at this location is horrific!!! I waited 20 minutes for a TO GO order that was placed on a plate though the receipt clearly states, "TO GO" (highlighted as well on the receipt). Furthermore, there was issue with their system, and they did not what sandwich was which so the shift manager had to reopen packages to find out for sure. The shift manager who seen me standing there did not even apologize for the wait or make any notice of me after stating that my last name was the order that was messed up according to their chaotic conversation trying to find whose meal was who. I usually go to the location on 12 mile but occasionally I stop at this one and every time I do, I regret it. They always mess my order up. Not paying attention to the customizations at all. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but i feel like if I don’t speak up then things won’t change. My advice…take your time and stop rushing through the orders. Spend less time chatting. But yeah no longer coming to this location.
