I rarely leave reviews, but after dealing with the same issue over and over again, I feel like I have to. I come to this McDonald’s almost every day, and every single time I ask for my food to be made fresh. As a former McDonald’s manager, I know how long it actually takes to make fresh food. Fresh nuggets take about 3–4 minutes, fries around 2 minutes, and cookies only a couple of minutes. Instead of making fresh food, the employees repeatedly re-drop old food or reheat it. Ordered food, drive thru was empty, you can see for yourself. If I documented every visit to this location I'd have free food for a month. Lived here my whole life and I'm not even mad at this point because you cant expect much out of a McDonald's in general, specifically this location. No wonder someone threw a rock through the drive thru menu screen. Chikfila pays just as much if not maybe a dollar more an hour to employees and has nearly no mistakes like this place. I frequent a lot of McDonald’s in the morning because my son has autism and hotcakes are one of his safe foods. I recently started coming to this location and the morning crew is great. They have been fast and friendly every time which is appreciated.

For the past two days, I’ve arrived around 2:20 PM and been told the system is down until 2:40-2:45 PM. Occasional issues are understandable, but repeated downtime during posted operating hours is disappointing. I prefer businesses that consistently honor their advertised hours and service commitments.
