Stopped in on Friday afternoon placed a big order wait time was reasonable forgot to check order before I left an when we got home we noticed a broccoli bowl was missing.So I called an spoke with the manager Bree explained what happened she looked up my order by name an I asked her if I could come in the next day because I stayed 9500 east an was very tired from the long day she said it wasn't a problem but could it be after 130pm I said sure. Saturday I went to store and asked for Bree she was very very professional an humble young lady that made the revisit a welcoming one. Bree made my day

Went here for my first date with my wife and her mom when I first met her mom. It was nice quiet. Always great food. We still get food here in fact my wife has a card for free drinks on certain days I guess or something like that. We love it and get it often.

Panera bread is a lot like family It's a lot like home. Fresh baked cookies pastries baked goods. And the bread it was amazing especially the bread bowls full of chili or super even the wild rice soup is amazingly good. I think they have beverages too but really you should just go here just for the cozy atmosphere you can literally sit here all day long and do your work. On your day off of course.

Wendy, Clarita, Mike and Garrett provide SUPERIOR customer service. Wendy and Clarita know most of the customers by name and they know what the usually order. Mike makes the best Parm BLT salad. Because of these 4 people, is the reason I visit this Panera. I do not know how much they make, but they deserve to make more money by providing Superior Customer Service.
