This is my first visit to this store, and I sincerely hope—indeed, I pray—that the employee in charge of the counter is replaced, as his behavior will inevitably drive customers away. Despite arriving at a time when the store was completely empty—the aisles were deserted, and there were absolutely no other customers present—I approached the counter. I went to this white castle location today at 7pm and the customer service was amazing. I didn’t wait long for my food, my order was correct, and my food was fresh. I ordered the chicken slider combo with cheese. I will definitely be coming back!👏🏾

The food was terrible and very salty for some reason. The burgers tasted old and the bread was hard which they should have been fresh since I ordered my food at 8am in the morning doing breakfast time. I ordered a #1 with cheese with cheese sticks on the lunch/dinner menu

Absolutely disappointed one in the behavior of your staff also, the fact that he repeated my order and still got it wrong. I do not know what’s going on. I was completely polite, but the disrespect is unbelievable at this place. I understand the onions may be placed next to it, which is totally understandable but when you have onions all over your burger and you’ve just wasted six dollars you can’t eat that’s ridiculous. Then I also asked for a drink which I did not receive and I was told that I would have to be charged for it. The window was slammed in my face and I think that is just disresp
