Amanda, my waitress, is the absolute best waitress I've EVER had in 60 years of life! She came over to me and was smiling and clearly loves her job! That is so hard to find nowadays, especially in the fast food line of work! She is one of those people who goes above and beyond to take care of her customers! The food was awesome so thank you as well to the chef! Because Amanda's performance was so wonderful, I asked to speak to her manager, Xavier. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit to IHOP was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, things were off. We waited way longer than expected just to be acknowledged, even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. When we were finally seated, it took forever for our server to come to the table, and when they did, they seemed rushed and uninterested in helping. The food was just as disappointing as the service. Came for gluten free wasnt there so that sucked. Aaliyah however was awesome as hell. My kid spilled a drink and she didnt huff or whine and she kept our drinks and table well tended. Thank you for your great service Aaliyah. Give the girl a raise or a bonus (I know chains cheap out taking care of their employees and that should change.)

The service by Destiny was superb. This young lady deserves recognition. She demonstrated calm, welcoming demeanor, and delivered the food as specifically ordered. Her appearance, approach, and attitude more than made up for the lackluster welcome at the door. Destiny was ready to accommodate my switching options, when n don’t, she checked with kitchen personnel, then delivered.
