I usually don’t complain, but I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction. I’ve been a loyal customer of this location for years, and I absolutely love their burgers and spicy nuggets. However, the quality of the food I’ve received in the past few deliveries has been appalling, and I’m no longer willing to continue ordering from them. To be specific, I adore their spicy nuggets, but when I’ve ordered them for delivery, they’ve been the most disgusting things I’ve ever tasted. Normally, the food I get here is perfectly fine. However, today my experience was the opposite. I normally don’t order the original chicken sandwiches, this time I ordered (2) original and (1) spicy. It appears the original chicken sandwiches have been sitting in the warmer area all day. My chicken breast was so hard, super dry, rubbery and hard. Take a look at these photo. I was looking for my receipt to add more details, but it’s interesting how the receipt didn’t make it to my bag. Good here is awful! Cold, not cooked thoroughly and just nothing to enjoy really. We literally threw most our food away. Cashier had no idea whose order was who’s either. Terrible experience

Food has been on the decline for years, but the reason for the one star is the cashier had to audacity to charge me .55 cents for ONE bbq sauce. Just one. No other sauces were requested. And no I wasn’t rude when asking.
