I can't believe this place is in business with how slow their service is. We waited a full 30 minutes to get a dessert that wasn't very good. My girl threw hers away after only eating about 25% Very expensive, poor service, not well trained, messy counters, overly sweet, really slow service. Go around the corner, way better ice cream and even with a line they work fast!

I just came here to celebrate my sisters birthday. She’s been here before and loved it so I was all in, especially being an ice cream connoisseur. We all got rolled ice cream and having been to other rolled ice cream places I know it can take a second to orient myself with the menu. However in the interaction it was VERY confusing. I wanted to order a chocolate rolled ice cream with strawberry sauce and fruity pebbles. Reasonably priced. The kids thought it was "mid, but looked cool". Me, I got the Smores rolled ice cream and was far from impressed. Be prepared: Its just ice cream with crushed up graham cracker in it, dressed up with a piece of Hershey and burnt marshmallow on top. Its more like s'more on display on top of a graham cracker ice cream. The girls working here did their best to answer my questiond, but seemed VERY timid and shy. Super quiet. Could hardly hear them. Feels like they could benefit from another stronger staff present with them, though they were very kind and sweet.

I’ve never had Taiyaki before but this won’t be my only time. Had a fantastic experience here- went after a pier walk and the Taiyaki was great! The ice cream texture is super smooth and my entire group loved their orders. I got the Hortcha Fish with Carmel and it was perfect- would recommend. Staff is very friendly and we got our ice cream fast! My ice cream ended up costing about $7- for the location I think it’s well priced.
