Do yourself a favor and do not bother coming here. You are better off just ordering a frozen pizza. We gave this location several chances, thinking all the mistakes were just a one-off. This is by far the worst Papa John’s franchise location I’ve ever been to. Every time we have ordered a large pizza w/ traditional crust we have received this dry, thin crust unlike anything we have ever had at other locations. Pizza was not fresh and was luke warm when it arrived. It arrived very quickly which leads me to believe that it probably was pre-made and just waiting for someone to order a pepperoni pizza that all they had to do was warm slightly for a delivery. I didn't bother to call and complain because I didn't I lost trust. However, the delivery person was kind enough.

Staff and delivery driver was good professional and happy vibes. I ordered a delayed or timed delivery order on the website and it didn’t go through at the end with the timed delivery for 715pm. An hour before it was supposed to arrive I received a notfication saying my order was on its way so I called and they took care of it and delayed it for me. When I received my order at 725pm my food was warm but everything is like cardboard. The label on the box sealing it shut says 5:53, so they just kept heating my order for an hour before sending it to me. It’s inedible at this point. Waste of 50$!!

Warning if you order extra sauces. I paid $10 in delivery fees and a good tip to not receive items I ordered. This is the 3rd time I did not receive add on items. Where is the quality control on orders. I paid $2.25 for 3 extra sauces and did not receive them. Food arrived 15 minutes after the latest expected delivery and was obviously old. I saw when the app said it was done cooking and then sat for 45 minutes. I am done with paying exorbitant delivery fees when I tip the delivery person well. I am also done being charged for items I never receive. This is stealing, fraud, and illegal. Goo
