My boyfriend went to go pick up an order and not only did they get it wrong but the food was cold, the crunchy taco was soggy and the over all quality was just bad. Then when I called to complain they wanted me to bring all the food back… sure let me bring the food I took a bite out of back to you… ridiculous I will never eat here again. The crunch wrap had zero meat or really anything in it.. so sad

This taco bell on chester sucks bad... I went and placed a order in the morning, all I had was a 100 dallor bill .. we pulled up to the window and they tell us that they can't break a bill that big. So we told them fine we will go brake it and be back for our order. So we did that when we get back to the window and say we are here for our order and the lady says oh no your going to have to reorder... That was so aggravating and they a super slow......

I've gone to taco Bell for years. This one on north chester in Bakersfield ca is by farrrr the sloooowest I've ever been to. 30 minutes in the drive thru. Robot is a joke. Simple order at 10 pm. $9 lux box and soda . This is not a fast food restaurant. Cashier was busy doing refills . Truthfully I would fire the whole crew. Rediculas that a major franchise is allowed to perform so poorly. Look at the rest of the reviews. I'm not alone. Change owners. Food was good. Just slooow

Taco bell food is always good. I just wish they would of kept some of the food they use to and no longer do. They have went up in price, but everyone has.
