Highly recommend. We were roadtripping and got a tip to get Oklahoma's state dish-chicken fried steak!..Here. there were a few spots noted aroundbyhe state and I cannot compare but WOW. It's huge too, so can share and get another time menu. Everything was delicious including the cocktail. The whole story and history begind the business. 4.7 stars. 1st time and definitely not the last time. Business dinner with one of our key partners. Clean, well decorated, and polished staff. We were promptly seated after checking in (make sure you book reservations via OpenTable or another similar app). Started with the queso which was beautifully plated and well balanced. We showed up no reservations. They did not have any seats available other than the bar, which was not a problem. It's actually a preference, due to my belief that the service is always better. We were right! Our server/bartender was very helpful and did a great job checking on us and providing fast and great customer service. Food met our expectations and atmosphere was very nice. Omg. We were on our way home from Kansas to Fort Worth. It’s a full days drive. So mid way we decides to eat in Oklahoma City. I googled places with good reviews. We decided on Cheever’s. They were packed and people had reservations. I did not think we were going to get to eat there. The manager was so nice and made room for us even though we did not have reservations. Our waitress was also so nice. Gave wonderful recommendations. My husband had the chicken fried steak with jalepeno gravy. I had the roasted chicken and pepper jack strudel. Both were amazing. I absolutely loved this place. Eve
