A quaint little place with romantic dim lighting (if you go after dark). Everything we ordered was excellent. The meatballs are so good and with a strong Italian sausage taste. The jumbo crab cake (an entree) was next level good without all the fillers. The chicken milanese was also excellent! You won't be disappointed, trust me. This little place is worth a visit!

We had an amazing experience at Patrono. In OKC for a long Mother's Day weekend and took a chance after seeing good reviews. Truly some of the best italian food we have ever had. The burrata appetizer with fresh tomatoes and the bread with two house made dips was to die for. We each got a different pasta dish to try and all were amazing. The carbonara was in the top 3 pasta dishes I have ever had. The handmade pasta was superb and you can really tell they use a high level of fresh ingredients. I enjoyed my experience at Patrono. The dishes were visually appealing and tasted wonderful. The staff was helpful, and our server Logan was extremely attentive and catered to my girlfriend’s special requests, along with suggestions to enhance my meal. We had the manager (I believe) come by and greet us. I’d have no problem recommending Patrono to others and am planning to come back in the future.
