I ordered the big arch meal in a Big Mac. It was brought by their delivery service to my house as expected on time. However my fries tasted like cold grease, when I picked up the big arch the bun broke into crumbs it was so stale. My Big Mac was the same way the burgers were not hot on either order I spent $29 and the credited me$9.71 I've been going to this McDonald's for the last 30 years always the best burgers I don't actually know how something could get this stale and gross in less than 40 minutes? Normally this is my favorite location. However the last few weeks, I've received the wrong item 3 out of 3 times!! Hopefully it's just new employees being trained, and will return to good service soon. I always order McDouble no onions First week it had onions. Second week it had extra onions, and no pickle. Going to this McDonald's is a very frustrating experience. I ordered just 2 McChicken sandwiches at the drive-thru and still had to wait almost 20 minutes. At the window they tell you “we’ll bring your order out in 2 minutes” and send you to the parking lot. If you’re lucky, someone brings your food after 20 minutes. What’s worse is that sometimes they don’t even know where your order is, and when you ask about it you find out they gave it to someone else. On top of that, the night shift manager is very rude and unpleasant. Her attitude toward customers is unacceptable and it seems like she do

Great service here. Very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food is bland and awful. But it's cheaper than other places, and food prices have just gotten too high everywhere. So, if you like eating awful food for cheap, come here.. at least the service is good.
