April 7 2026: Dark roast coffee today taste like cardboard. It was really hot I think they poured boiling water in there, maybe they need to clean the machine. I've had decent coffee from there before today it was just awful. I wish Panera would up their game with the coffee like Starbucks. Even if you don't like Starbucks coffee it is consistent they have a timer on it and don't let it sit for more than 30 minutes. I'm gonna quit the sip club once my five dollar deal is done. I use to love love love Panera Now, I am at the point where I do not want to spend my money there. It does not make any sense that I am spending $10 on a sandwich that looks like a kid's sandwich. It was supposed to be a half sandwich. Find a great deli to spend your $10 at.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. Very disappointed with the quality food at this Panera. For quite some time the level of food has been going downhill. But today was the last straw. Broccoli cheddar soup is just watery and nothing in it. Not even BROCCOLI LOL. I ordered a chicken bacon rancher and got a giant piece of bread with two thin slices of chicken. My partners food haD stale hard cheese. The staff looked like they couldn't be bother to correct the issue. They took their time making a new one which made my food get cold as I waited. Overall very poor experience.

I stopped by with my family. — despite us placing a large order, the order was both accurate and made rather prompt. I presume the Manager is who took our order— she was hospitable, detail oriented, and went above and beyond with Customer Service.
