Absolutely unacceptable experience — by far the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever visited. I arrived about an hour before closing, but the staff was already acting as if the restaurant was shut down. The dining area was chaotic: employees rushing around, loudly cleaning, spraying chemicals near guests, moving furniture, and creating a very uncomfortable environment. Our team of 32 Resident Advisors and Desk Assistants recently visited Chick-Fil-A Florissant and had an incredible experience. The owner/operator, Korian, took time to provide a thoughtful and engaging lesson on customer service that was both informative and easy for our team to connect back to our work in Residential Life. It was nice to see how Chick-Fil-A puts service practices into play intentionally to create an experience for guests when they come into Chick-Fil-A . Out of all the places to eat, I decided to eat at this location After a hard workout…Yeah, bad choice. As you can see my wrap has little to no chicken in it. If I could give a zero I would. Order a mobile order for my husband and the managers there kept telling him to pull around for the Mobile order. He has already waited 15 min already. He goes in they tell him to get back in his truck to pull around. He waits another 10 minutes. He finally says cancel my order. I cancel the order. No breakfast, he's late for work, and a cancelled order!!
