Should have read the reviews for this Sonic and drove the four minutes further up the road to another fast food place that had better ratings. Sat at the drive-through box for almost 5 minutes before anyone asked to take my order. They didn’t have the first item I asked for so chose another item. They did have that then asked for an orange juice because I don’t drink coffee, which of course they didn’t have. Told the girl I’ll take a bottle of water, but I expect to be charged less for the fricken combo since orange juice is more than a bottle of water. Got my receipt and I was charged full p

I would leave no stars but that's just not an option for this. They get one star because, well, I guess they got the Styrofoam cups right. There was much more to be desired at this location with this particular crew; with this particular product.... what started out as an annoyance in her voice over the speaker turned into a long wait for two blasts that came out with more than I wanted my child to consume. It's sad to mess with a child's meal when you having a bad day. We did nothing but show up at the wrong time. I will never spend my hard earned money here again. Reeses Sonic Blast?!?!?!

Staff is very rude, they don’t follow instructions or ringing up orders correctly. Their unsanitary. Theirs no gloves or hair nets in site. Always hair on the tops. Cooks on their phone touching earphones making customers food. Now today after having a milksshske yesterday I’m sick. I received an undercooked tender kids meal for my daughter yesterday.

I love Sonic, but Opelika's did not have any iced coffee today, and this one only had a drive thru, not a park and order location... so today you only get three stars... sorry...
