Walked in with my daughter’s Girl Scouts group about 30 of us unannounced. There was only 2 people on shift Teresa and Elijah. These two team members handled the rush, all the girls and parents with ease. Kept smiles in their faces and gave us all the best services with incredible looking & tasting pizzas.

Ivy is the absolute worst shift lead ever. She was very disrespectful and dismissive. She had an attitude from the get go, and then made my order wrong on purpose. I wanted an accommodation because I placed an order online through Uber Eats (don’t do that), and they didn’t have the item they had on there. Ivy did not want to substitute it for me even if I was willing to pay more. It’s not my fault that you guys do not have the items you advertised on your mobile ordering sites, maybe fix that????? Pizza is always good! But this time I got a salad and I didn't get n3arly as many toppings. I got a byo salad and the server sprinkled my topping on. Obviously I was willing to pay whatever I put on; but the service was so limited. I could add more l. So if you want a filling salad, dont go here :/

Honestly, we didn't eat there. If we had, I may have given it another star or two. I've enjoyed other Blaze Pizza locations in the past. It's become too pricey! I have to eat gluten-free, and it's disappointing to find a plus $6 fee for that option. I'm pretty sure that's doubled, along with the price of a single pizza going way up too. Unless it's just higher for tourists. People who can't eat wheat should have an option that seems penalizing.
