I am beyond disgusted with the treatment I received from this staff. I came through the drive-thru with a sick toddler, just trying to pick up a simple Happy Meal and a few drinks after a long day. This is my local store and I order from here regularly. Over the last several months I have had many different negative experiences with the “customer service”. I have reported them online several times (with ZERO response). But today was EXCEPTIONALLY WORSE. I live nearby and eat at various McDonalds a few times a week using the mobile app. For some reason this particular restaurant closes several hours early quite often. Maybe it's everyday, not sure about that. But it was as closed when I was there at 6:30PM, around 8PM another day, and before 9PM today on a Saturday. I don't know if they are trying to save money by closing early. But a McDonalds should be dependable and open during their posted hours. Only go when this place is super busy therefore you will be guaranteed fresh food. If wants fast food goes through the drive-through and dining inside is all right if you have children it’s a wonderful place to take them and just bring your hand wipes.. they do have a good size children’s play section. They actually have a larger play structure a this restaurant. Children are free too to play, jump, crawl and slide
