This was my first visit to this Cafe Río location. I ordered a bowl to go, but by the second bite, I found a hair in my mouth. It was a really awful experience, and I had to throw away the food because it was so disgusting. I was really disappointed by the lack of hygiene, and overall, I did not have a good experience.

Terrible experience. I have always raved about Cafe Rio but this ruined it for me. They charged me for an extra entree. I noticed right away and asked them to fix it. The they said they can help…. 20 minutes go by of me just standing next them as they are helping other customers. The lady finally comes over and does the refund. Come to find it they didn’t actually refund anything. To make matters worse there was a black hair in my food. Terrible establishment

I usually love this place but lately the food portions are incredibly inconsistent. I bought two burritos today and one is about half the size of the other. I ordered online which is nice but I have found if you're ordering in the store, in line, they give you more food, probably because you are looking at them dish it out. Online ... they seen to be smaller. It's annoying. See the pictures for size comparison.

I usually do Cafe Rio for lunch. First time in this location, but not anymore. The lady taking me the order was rude and with zero customer service. So disappointed. The food was good.
