Me and my friend were in the drive through and had made two separate orders, for my order I ordered the wrong thing, so my friend asked to redo the order not even a minute later. The worker passive aggressively said “we already made it but yeah that’s fine just order something else” and neither of us got napkins or sauces we asked for. They didn’t even heat up my tortillas. They didn’t put cheese in either of our burritos. We both also got nacho fries and they barely gave us any fries and filled the nacho cheese cups up not even a quarter of the way. Very rude!

This is our usual Taco Bell. We like it a lot! Sometimes we have better service and food quality than others, but overall it’s pretty good! The Chicken Chalupa is a fave. The cravings boxes are great combos and a good deal! The cantina chicken they added to the menu is really good too!

We ordered 4 breakfast steak crunch wraps, we opened the bag to 4 steak quesadillas, we accepted our losses because by the time we got home breakfast hours were over but I opened my quesadilla and it was so poorly made and cut I actually laughed… lately their food quality and presentation has been extremely low.

Ordered these off the app, and I could not believe my eyes on how little meat and filling were in these… that is just ridiculous! Also it is so frustrating that they get orders wrong so often. For example, I asked for my sour cream on the side instead of on my Dorito supreme taco. Instead, they charged me for a side of sour cream and put sour cream on my tacos. One other thing that’s very frustrating about this location is that the drive-through situation is very annoying. There is no indicator on which way the line should go so people will pull up on both directions to try and get into the dr
