Service and atmosphere are wonderful. All the staff was great. I love their service model. Waiter just takes orders and checks on tables. Supporting staff brings out food, drinks, etc That totally works. I have eaten at different Egg Harbor Cafes for years. The food here had a bitter taste. I had the Steak skillet and there was a bitter taste to everything. My wife had an ultimate skillet and so I tried hers and the same bitter taste. Great breakfast spot, the skillet with crispy potatoes and perfectly cooked sunny-side eggs was rich and satisfying, and the denver scramble was loaded and flavorful without being overdone. The French toast with fresh strawberries hit the sweet spot—light, well-balanced, and not overly sugary. Toast came nicely grilled with a good spread on the side. Everything tasted fresh, portions were generous, and presentation was clean. Definitely a place worth coming back to for a reliable, high-quality breakfast. Our server Leslie was great.

We went on Saturday, and it was packed. They put us on waiting list and said that they are going to text us when they have a table. We waited for 10–15 minutes outside and they went in to check. They said that they texted us but we never got the mesage. The food was worth it and I loved the variety on their menu. The service was excellent, and npw this is one of my favorite breakfast spots.
