Roger Hayes★★★★★An absolute must-visit in Orlando! The Moderne on Mills Avenue completely blew us away from start to finish. Every single dish was a 10 out of 10 and I don’t say that lightly. We started with the charred broccolini topped with sesame and lemon zest, simple, elegant, and packed with flavor. The Korean style wings glazed and garnished with chili threads were sticky, crispy perfection. The crispy spring rolls drizzled with cream sauce, topped with cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs were creative and absolutely delicious. The star of the night was the spiced braised meat served with flaky flatbread
