I’m giving 3 stars to be fair, as the pizza we ordered 2 weeks ago was good. The cheesesteaks we ordered yesterday were not satisfactory at all and we’ve been ordering from Papps for years.The meat was incredibly sparse; it didn’t fill the roll from top to bottom or end to end. I had to move the meat to one side for a full bite. And although we ordered with salt and pepper, the flavor was lacking. My brother came from Delaware a few weeks ago and he and my niece were not pleased with their cheesesteaks either. I don’t know what’s going on but please consider the satisfaction of your customers

Ordered a bunch and a mess 1st got a chicken bacon ranch pizza, no bacon no ranch and the chicken was under the cheese not on top weird! Also got a buffalo chicken pizza same thing. Fries were trash best part was the dry wings and they were just ok. 70 wasted don't waste your time

10/10 you’ll get me again THANK YOU SARA Went into pappos had an amazing dinner! She was friendly and checked in on my table a great amount of times, gave good suggestions on topping. Food was fresh and ice cream was frozen!! I really enjoyed my time there. Definitely coming and asking for her next time!!!
