I went to this Arby’s, and the person working there was truly rude and disrespectful—I have never seen such an ill-mannered person in a restaurant. They really ought to choose their staff more carefully, because courtesy and good manners are essential when dealing with the public; I was genuinely disappointed with the service. There were two people working there—one had a mustache and the other didn't. The one without the mustache—who, from what I could tell, might be the manager—shouldn't be put in a position where he has to deal with customers.

Ideally a 4.5, so I’ll give a 5. Rueben sandwich is a solid choice along with French dip. Roast beef options are decent. Use the app and you can get some decent deals. Been here a few times since we relocated Summer 2025. Milkshake is pretty good too, and curly fries!

The food is always fresh and delicious. It may take a minute being understaffed just like everywhere else, but the service is always good and the food is always fresh when it comes out. So it’s always worth the wait. Malaysia Is the best as well. She’s our girl! Always sweet and remembers our order. My daughter loves her.

The floors have been really g greasy during the lunch shift, I usually walk in around 4 PM. It was really unfortunate. There was an older customer that walked in complaining about the floor being too slippery and the jam of the store started bickering back-and-forth with that customer about how it’s fine he’ll get to it, but at all that he never mopped the floors and so that the customer wouldn’t put in a negative review. He was given a free meal and was also given the mail that he provided. I am putting in this review because I come to this Arby’s to shop and get food to show my support to so
