Stopped in here for lunch. I ordered a kids' meal w flavor of the day and the Wisconsin pub burger w/ 2 scoop flavor of the day. Both of the custard dishes were wrong. The first Wisconsin Pub Burger I received looked like someone sat on it. I took the custard and burger back and asked for them to be remade. It took a while to receive the correct items. The second Wisconsin Pub burger was barely warm and didn't look much better. The bottom of the bun was kind of hard/dried out. The second batch of custard dishes were made wrong as well. For fast food, you can't beat it. The burger is exceptional. The codfish was excellent and service is always fast. And everything was correct. I just not much of a fan of the frozen custard myself, but other than that, can't really beat it for a fast food joint

I ordered the wallets three piece meal with large onion rings and the large cheese curds. My son ordered the double bacon burger with the large cheese curds. After getting our order home and looking at it they had given me the two piece cod meal. The onion rings were like runner as well as both of the orders of cheese curds. His burger was like beef jerky. I don’t think that the food could’ve turned bad like that in two miles. I have tried to call and can’t get an answer. I also have done the whole feedback thing that they have you do when you leave a review and again no answer. All th

Is the quality going down?, or was this just an off day. Fries were cold and mushy. Asked for extra onions, received 1 small ring the size of a dollar coin.
