The man at the drive through handing us the food was fantastic. Yet the order window was horrendous. There is an AI there, not only is this replacing someone's real job to save on cost, the AI isn't even good. It's creepy and soulless. The food is alright, I got chicken and fries.

Wanted to make this post about the service I received on January 25th, 8:30 pm during our terrible weather and terrible road conditions. Me and my family drove around Owensboro and there were no restaurants or fast food open due to the weather and the conditions of the roads. Rally’s was the only place open and we pulled into order food for a family of four. Many others were in line to receive food. We made our order and pulled up to the drive through window to see that there was only 2 staff members on site maintaining both the orders and food. I want to make clear that there was a huge lin

Had a longer wait than what must be normal for them because they gave us 2 free chocolate shakes and apologized for the wait. Very cool of them. Friendly, good food, great service.
